Reality TV: Buzz Worthy - Here's What The Fans Are Saying
|
Reality TV fans always have something to say about their favorite shows. Here's a sampling of what we have received in the last couple of days.

I definately want to see Janelle be the last one standing. I don't care want Allison thinks. She's outta there. So long sista. I truly believe that Janelle has been unfairly singled out since her first debut. Whatever. She knows how to plan the game and she's a good sport. Go Janelle. See ya Allison. And please let Danielle be the next to go.

Big Brother
I think the all star game is absolutely entertaining to the ultimate. I have been thoroughly amused to no end. I look forward to each episode. I love the friction. I absolutley love the Will - Howe thing. You can't help but love Howe. Janelle is very deserving to be in the house as are a few others. I think all the personalities are a great mix. A lot of narcistic people which makes great entertainment.

Big Brother
Tthis year Big Brother is going to suck, it’s too predictable, someone needs to break up BB6 to make it interesting. Get Janelle and James out. It would be interesting to see what Kaysar does without Janelle and James. Or what would be cool is if Howie and Kaysar makes an alliance with Will and Mike and turns on BB6. Of course most of the house is going to side with BB6 because there’s more votes. I would like to see Will win this. Will is the best player Big Brothers ever had.
Stephanie - Ontario
So You Think You Can Dance
Am I the only one in the country that is not on the Benji - Donyelle bandwagon? Don't get me wrong, I think they are great. They two of the best dancers on the show. However, there was just something lacking for me in their last two performances. I can't quite put my finger on it. I think it may be the level of emotional authenticity. Technique is not everything.
I have to say that I felt Ivan and Allison had the best performance of the evening. Ivan alone has shown the most growth as a performer/dancer and should be in the running to win it all for that reason.
That said I hope the final two men are Travis and Benji. I hope the final two women are Donyelle and Allison, though I'd be okay if Heidi knocks one of them off; I've been very surprised by her range.

Rock Star: Supernova
I love Rock Star and am hoping Supernova will be a great season. I really want Tommy Lee to settle down and take his responsibility as a judge seriously. This is an enormous opportunity for the contestants and it bothers me that T. Lee is using his air time to showboat instead of critique the talent. Really, how many people would watch the show if there were no contestants and it was just another show about Tommy Lee? I also want to comment on Zayra not being eliminated. I think she was retained because she adds drama and her "forget you" attitude might appeal to the members of Supernova. I also think Zayra's voice is unique. My favorites however, are Magni and Patrice.
D'Anna - Colorado
Canadian Idol
I'm enjoying Idol this summer but wish they had provided the top 22 with more than a piano as back-up. Craig stands out most for me thus far - Steffi and Sarah next but not sure they have "the package". I miss Jon and what he brought to the show - think it was a mistake to let him go. Looking forward to the various guests and like that they are extending the show to 90 minutes next week.

How To Get The Guy
Yes, I'm guilty. I really was interested in this show about the dating lives of four women. This show was far superior to The Bachelor. I actually thought that a decent network would keep the show on for the actual 6 episodes, but no they pull the show off the air after only four. Grrrrrrrr once again. I hope the girls found a lasting committment, because ABC sure has a lack of one. No wonder the networks are stymied about losing viewers, there's absolutely nothing for us to watch.

Treasure Hunters
This is not The Amazing Race and I don't think that it was intended to be. Treasure Hunters is a puzzle game, not simply a race. You don't have to complete nasty or scary things quickly in order to receive the next clue telling you exactly where to go next. You do need to have common sense, reasoning skills and a decent education. Put these things together and you have a good chance to solve the clues and find the artifacts. I think it's a fun show, one that I would love to participate in. I love The Amazing Race but Treasure Hunters is also fun to watch. I hope it continues for many seasons.
