Canadian Idol
Canadian Idol is a wonderful showcase for Canadian kids and young adults to get a break, just like American Idol. I loved the previous Idol shows and hope this one is equal. I also hope that we contain some of the snide or outright rude remarks, that can come from the judges. We do not need another Simon Cowell on the panel. If the talent is not good then say so, but in a constructive way not just to amuse those idiots out there that like the controversy or the nastiness attached to some of these shows.
Let's be Canadian all the way, and want to help those who have the talent to go forward, and for those who thnk they do be kind and as I stated before, constructive, helpful if that is possible.
Let's have a great year and vote for the best we have.

Canadian Idol
As an American living in Canada I am lucky to be able to watch Canadian Idol. The show is just as exciting and just as fun to watch as the American version. I don't understand why one of the American networks have not picked it up. It would seem a natural for the FOX Reality netlet.

Top Chef
I can't wait until Dave Martin writes a cookbook. I think it will be fabulous! And I must have Harold's beef dish recipe...although I suspect he may be saving it for his restaurant. Kudos to all the Chefs, every one of you gave me joy, fear, sadness and an appetite for more. Best wishes to all of you.

So You Think You Can Dance
Love it...glad it came back....dancing is a sport to be recognized. Right now, I am most impressed with Natalie Fotopoulos - she is amazing. The judges are all decent - although would probably like to see more excerpts of performances that they either danced or choreographed to demonstrrate their talent...but can understand if time constraints dont allow this....would rather see the actual good dancers any way.
So You Think You Can Dance
I love this show! As a dancer - this show promotes dancing that is not totally based on sexuality or showing off - but expressing emotions and passion! I was really impressed with Travis Wall, but I saw a lot of other people that I liked (who's names I can't really remember) but this show will be the one I watch every week and follow closely! This site is sooo helpful! Oh, and I think Nigel is trying to be a dancer "simon cowell" but not too bad.. Should be interesting!

So You Think You Can Dance
Natalie Fatopolous was awesome! She was the only one on the whole show with the "whole package," looks, talent, drive, and everything else. I hope she wins! I'm rooting for her!

American Idol
This was absolutely my favorite American Idol season. Almost every one of the top 12 has the talent to go on to have a successful music career. The finale show was so entertaining... the best ever! Taylor Hicks truly embodies all that an American Idol should be... he has musical talent, a deep love and appreciation for everything about the music business, the desire to give his best performance each time in his own unique style to please his audience, honesty and humility that make him likeable, and consistent performances that are highly entertaining. Thank you, American Idol, for a fabulous television viewing experience!

American Idol
Taylor won because baby boomers are tired of the crap that's out there trying to pass for music. We grew up with music, we know real music when we hear it and we haven't heard it in a very long time. We have money, we have iPods full of Joe Cocker, Rod Stewart, Stones, Kinks and many many other rock solid performers. We could see straight away that Taylor was what we have been waiting for. Thank the fates that he won. Maybe now we can get back to real music once again.

Last Comic Standing
Has anyone seen the new commercial with the "...and this GUY!" part. I saw this same dude perform at a club in L.A. - he is hilarious! Weird, but hilarious.
