American Idol: Porn Idolgate - Frenchie Plans Protest And More

A little history for you. Frenchie Davis, who can sing up a storm, was kicked off of American Idol during season three when topless photos of the plus-sized Afro-American singer where found on an obscure adult site. At the time American Idol producers said it was a "family-oriented" show and Frenchie didn't belong on the show because of the photos.
A really talented woman was kicked off, yet the untalented, but admittedly more attractive Antonella Barba remains on the show. I've written about the hypocrisy of this before. It's bothering a lot of people. And it's bothering Frenchie.
Frenchie told EURWeb "I had stopped watching 'American Idol', and I've tried to avoid even speaking about or thinking about what happened four years ago. But I couldn't help but overhear what was happening with Antonella. I couldn't help but notice the manner in which she was dealt with was the complete opposite of how I was dealt with,"

The rest of us see it to. She also told EurWeb that American Idol could start by issuing a check. She has also had her representatives tell the show's producers they should be "issuing her a public apology and then she would negotiate with them from there."
I think the girl is pissed. And I can't blame her. She actually had a chance to win it all where Antonella is going to win a contract with Playboy at best.
Frenchie also tells EURWeb, as she told us all three years ago, that she had informed American Idol Producers of the photos prior to be sent to Hollywood.
EURWeb sums it up nicely: "Davis is plus size, Barba is thin; and then there's the fact that Davis is black, Barba is white." I am beginning to believe that is what is all about. Antonella is a very attractive girl and that means ratings and that's why she was allowed to stay on the show.
Obviously there is the smell of a law suit in the air and I hope Frenchie wins. And there is more.
Tomorrow at 11am a demonstration will be held in front of the Kodak Theatre to protest how Frenchie Davis was treated.
Go for it girl. You we're wronged and we all knew it, then and now.
And what will they say about all this on the show tomorrow night?
