This week on America's Next Top Model, the girls took the proverbial bull by the horns.
The girls have some fun by inviting the male models they met in Spain out to dinner.
Tyra talks to them about the harsh side of modeling and the girls discuss their harshest critiques.
A go-see challenge finds most of them getting lost, except for Melrose, who wins, and especially the twins, who are late returning to Elite Barcelona and are disqualified.
At the photo shoot, Caridee makes a rude comment towards Nigel, photographer for the girls this week, and this puts her standing in the competition on the edge.
At judging, desire and passion proved to be important as Michelle was cut for lacking these qualities.
Only four girls are left...who will make it to the finals?
Melrose

Melrose is a consummate model. She was the hands down winner in the go-see challenge, walking into each designer's studio beaming with personality and taking direction well. However, some cracks have appeared in the foundation. Her performance at the photo shoot wasn't up to her standards and though she pulled another fantastic photo, the judges don't think she has that "It" factor that really drives you to want to take her picture. I was tempted to move her down for those reasons, but she is just performing too well right now.
Eugena
Current Ranking: 2 - Previous Ranking: 3
Eugena improves drastically this week. The designers in Spain love her look and think she has great potential, even if they don't like her personality as much. At the photo shoot, though the bull scared her, she finally turned into a model and pulled out her best photo (and one of my favorites for the whole season). She has the poise and look and she's gaining momentum, but is it too little, too late? At this point, I won't be mad if she wins, but she needs to loosen up and really let go of herself if she wants that chance.
Amanda
Current Ranking: 3 - Previous Ranking: 2
Amanda slips a little this week. She and Michelle got seriously lost in the challenge and were disqualified when they were late getting back to the agency. Her performance in the photo shoot left a lot to be desired and though the judges think she has the look and drive, they were left questioning whether or not she really has the talent. I could see Amanda winning, but I could also see her getting lost in the shuffle.
Caridee
Current Ranking: 4 - Previous Ranking: 5
Caridee stays at the bottom and her chances of winning are hazy. After turning in a horrible performance last week, you'd think she'd straighten up and fly right. Not so. She made a rather rude comment to Nigel at the photo shoot and though she was joking, it did not go over well. Then, her performance was too hoochie and over-the-top. The judges did not like her photo and wondered if she was maybe getting too big for her breeches. I do think Caridee has a chance of winning (she wasn't in the bottom two despite her terrible performances), but she seriously needs to focus and zero in on being the old Caridee and not this new version.
Michelle

Michelle was cut when she freely admitted that she didn't want this as much as some other girls.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Megg

Monique

Monique was cut for choosing not to participate in the photo shoot and for not showing a lot of desire to be there.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Megan

Christian
