The Bachelor 9: He's A Prince Among Dogs!

We've been wondering if ABC would attempt to do "The Bachelor" again. They've been searching for months to find a suitable bachelor for the ninth edition of the show. Well the wait is over. They have found their prince....and he is a Prince.
Here is what ABC is saying:
The latest Bachelor is, "Prince Lorenzo Borghese, a handsome 33-year-old cosmetics entrepreneur. Prince Borghese has been selected to star in the ninth edition of "The Bachelor," ABC's popular romance reality series, which returns to the network this fall. Once again the series will be set outside the United States in one of the most glamorous, romantic capitals of the world - Rome!
Hosted by Chris Harrison, "The Bachelor" is produced by Next Entertainment in Association with Warner Horizon Television. Mike Fleiss and Lisa Levenson are the executive producers. David Bohnert is the co-executive producer.

So much for the PR.
Here's the truth.
This may well be the biggest cheese-fest yet! After months of searching for a Mr. Right they have come up for with a Prince. I won't question his pedigree. I just don't know. But pedigree is the right word.
Our admittedly handsome Prince, who will vie for the attention of 25 desparate-to-be-discovered, pre-alcoholic, cleavage-toting-hotties, does make his living in the cosmetics industry. If you include selling "SoLongStinky Odor Neutralizer Gel" for DOGS as a thriving part of the cosmetics industry!
That's right, our latest Prince Charming sells cosmetics for dogs on the web. It's a tough life being a Royal.
According to Prince Stinky's website "SoLongStinky technology eliminates odors by releasing odor fighting ingredients into the air and replacing foul odors with the clean fresh scent of red currants. Ideal for combating offensive pet smells, tobacco smoke, mildew odors, cooking odors and other unpleasantries that leave us screaming “p-u!”"
Yeah, I'm screaming “p-u!” and the series doesn't even premiere until fall.
Fans have been crying for a change to the show. Give it some legitimate romance. Make it real. Drop the concentration on hot-tubs and start concentrating on heart-strings. This edition is a joke whose punchline is all too predictable.
But I'll be watching and writing. I can't wait to meet Prince Stinky.
