Big Brother 7 All Stars: The Nominations Plus Food And Luxuries

Yesterday was busy for the hamsters of Big Brother 7 All Stars. A combination Food and Luxury competition was held and the Nomination Ceremony took place. And of course last night it was back to the hot tub again.
The Food and Luxury competition should be fun to watch Sunday night. Hamsters were dressed up as birds and bees and flowers and they had to pollinate each other. If Big Brother wants to do a competition based on sexual innuendo I would think they could be a little more creative than that. But watching them run around gathering nectar should be fun.
They did not do all that well. On the Luxury side they won a trampoline, which was something Will wanted. They appear to have one a one week slop pass for George and I think they all agreed to go on slop for a day to allow George to eat for the week. Nice hamsters. Chicken George began pigging out shortly after the competition eating steak and eggs and ham.
The rest of the hamsters are on slop after the competition until midnight. They’ll be on slop one other day this week. They have one five star meal coming up and the rest of the week all they get is meat and alcohol. I guess that’s the Atkins/Johnny Walker diet.
Last night Erika held the Nomination Ceremony. Yesterday I discussed the various nomination possibilities and said that she would nominate Janelle as the target. For the pawn she would go with either Dr. Will or Chicken George. I was leaning towards Will and think it would have been better to eliminate him.
But Erika is more concerned with Janelle than Will. She nominated Janelle and Chicken George. I think I would have nominated the Doctor and the Chicken Man and then back doored Janelle. But Erika might have been concerned that nobody would win or use the Power of Veto and then she would not have the chance to put Janelle up.
If Janelle or George are saved by the Veto I expect Erika will replace them with Danielle.
Erika has a close relationship with Danielle, but neither one is all that loyal to the other. Danielle wants Janelle out, but if she is taken off the block Erika has told Boogie that she would nominated Danielle and "you guys could vote her out".
Last night in the hot tub things were pretty subdued. They are beginning to understand that with so few left in the house they will have to turn on each other. While sitting in the tub alone Dani asked Mike if he was going to have a problem voting out Erika. He told her it would be no problem at all. Mike asked her if she could "put up" Erika and Danielle said "Have we met?"
There are only three voting this time. Will, Mike and Danielle. I would not be surprised to see Chill Town vote to keep Janelle. Danielle will vote to evict Janelle. Danielle is playing this game for herself. Of course a lot depends on the PoV and that is coming up late today.
I am still amazed that nobody has taken a serious shot at Will. If he continues and makes it to Final Two, against any of the remaining hamsters, I think he will have the votes to win. He has played an incredible game.
Of the remaining house guests I think Will has played the best social-strategy-manipulation game while Janelle has the best record in the competitions. I think they both deserve to make Final Two. But I don’t think they will. At least not together.
Janelle spent the evening hiding in bed again. Doing what she normally does when things don’t go her way. Will goes to her and tries to cheer her up but it is not much of an attempt. He does tell her that he misses her and that she needs to get up so she can sleep well tonight and be rested for the PoV competition.
The rest of the night was pretty calm. We have entered the end game and they all realize they are close to the money. They will begin focusing more and more on that and we will begin to see how solid the alliances really are.
The wild card in predicting anything from this point on is this coming Thursday’s Double Eviction. The hamsters suspect there is another double coming but they don’t know when and they don’t know it is going to all happen at once. There may not be any chance at all to manipulate and influence the nominations and vote. They will all be vulnerable. It will be fast, furious, and fun.
It will soon be every hamster for themselves.
