Celebrity Fit Club: The Calm Before Hurricane Screech

Last week on "Celebrity Fit Club", after weeks of trash talking behind everyone's backs, Screech's backstabbing was revealed to the rest of the celebrities and all hell broke loose. It turns out Screech can dish it out, but he can't take the heat himself and walks out, temporarily quitting the competition. Unfortunately, Warren, Ross, Tiffany and host ANT convince Screech to change his mind and he ultimately decides to stay in the game.
It's now day 43 of the competition and the celebs have been taken to the Lone Eagle Lodge in Keystone, Colorado. Everyone takes a seat outside in the freezing cold and host ANT thinks it's appropriate that they are all freezing because what they are about to do now, he says, may seem pretty cold. He then informs everyone that it's time to vote off one of their teammates and send them packing to the other team. Everybody has to vote and the person that is voted off each team will take all of their weight loss and their body percentage weight loss with them to the new team. Each teammate is handed a marker and a blank card of paper to write the name of the person they want to send to the opposing team. Nobody seems to like this idea one bit, but if the guys were smart, they'd vote Screech off their team and send him to be one of the Shady Ladies. Screech has already proven that he doesn't take the competition seriously and last week he did not lose any weight at all. But then again, I'm not sure if it's a good idea to put both Screech and Kimberley on the same team.
Maureen is the first to reveal who she wants to vote off of her team, even though she thinks it sucks that she has to do this. Turns out she votes to send team leader Kimberley to the men's team. Kimberley votes for Tiffany based off of last weeks kayaking competition where she lost her cool. Tiffany votes for Kimberley as well although she says she's giving the guys an advantage by picking Kimberley. Well that doesn't make much sense now does it? So it's now one vote for Tiffany and two votes for Kimberley. Kimberley says she is a little bit surprised by this, but doesn't act too upset because she knows they all have to choose someone. Brat votes for Maureen, who actually does appear a bit upset over this. Speaking of Maureen, according to a Dr. Phil preview I saw the other day, it turns out that according to her father and brother, she may be a bit psycho. Guess I'll have to tune in for that! Anyhow, back to the competition, with one vote for both Tiffany and Maureen and two votes for Kimberley, it appears that Kimberley is being sent over to the men's team.
Kim hoping for an end to Screech.
Kim is eager to find out who the guys have voted off, surely hoping that it's Screech so that she won't have to be on the same team as him. Screech votes to send Ross to the ladies team, but says he only does so because Ross and Maureen are friends. Ross votes for Screech because he's worried about Screech keeping up his end of the bargain due to his logic with the food. Screech is totally cool with this and shakes hands with Ross. Hmmm, has Screech decided to play nice? Doubtful. Cledus is next and he also votes for Screech. That makes one vote for Ross and two votes for Screech. Warren also votes for Screech because he wants some peace and he thinks that if Screech is on the same time as Brat, they might be able to learn to respect one another and possibly become friends. I wouldn't count on it. Screech is all smiles, however Brat isn't happy in the least because she says he doesn't want to cooperate with them and it's going to be "hard as hell to whip his ass into shape". Oh well, at least my girl Kim is spared the agony of being on the same team as Screech.
As both Kim and Screech switch team, Screech tells the Shady Ladies that they are going to have to bury the hatchet and he's going to change his eating habits for them. I don't have a lot of faith in Screech so I doubt his sincerity, but we'll see. ANT tells everyone not to get too cozy right now because this season there is a new twist on the old vote off. Since three teammates voted Screech off the team, he now has the right to bring one of them over to the Shady Ladies to replace one of the girls. He chooses Ross. Kim also gets to choose to bring one of the other girls over to the Renegades team and chooses Brat, who is extremely excited. ANT asks Kim why she didn't choose Maureen and she replies that she wants to be on an athletic team. Maureen seems a bit hurt by this. I'm not sure it was wise for Kim to say that about Maureen. According to Dr. Phil, Maureen may be a few fries short of a Happy Meal. You better watch your back Kimberley!
The teams are finally able to head inside to warm up a bit. On the way in Kim admits that she's had a bad week, and when her team voted her off, she did have a tear in her eye but she's now glad she was voted off since Screech is now on the girl's team. Screech says he's great with everybody on his team and he's glad "the big one left (Kim) and the one that didn't lose weight (Brat)". He says they went together because they're "close and I'll just leave it at that cuz ya know, couples have to stick together." I knew that Screech playing nice wouldn't last long. My theory is that he's just upset because Kim won't have anything to do with his sorry ass and his whole insinuation that Brat and Kim are more then friends is just his little fantasy because he wants to make porn video with them. Just a theory.
With the temperature hovering right around five degrees, the newly made teams are off to this weeks challenge. So much for this season being the men versus the women. Now each team consists of two men and two women. This weeks challenge is a three part relay following a rugged half mile course that includes cross country skiing, snow shoeing and a tube ride to the finish line. The team with the lowest total time wins. The winning team will receive all sorts of outdoor fun equipment such as snowboards, snow boots and outdoor apparel. After a crash course in outdoor skiing, and I do mean crash course, the celebs set out to tackle the mountain.
The Regulators (Warren, Cledus, Kim and Brat) are up first. Brat and Cledus are on fire and speeding right along, but Kim is having trouble staying upright. At the turn, frigid air and ice cold temperatures make the simplest tasks nearly impossible. Cledus is having trouble getting his snow shoes on and Kim lends a helping hand. The team pulls together and helped each other to cross the finish line, gliding down the final stretch on the tube ride. The Regulators final time is 10 minutes, 3 seconds.
