This week on Canada's Next Top Model the girls were given some exercise and nutrition tips from a celebrity trainer, but Sisi decides to skip out on all the fun by telling him she isn't feeling well, but comes clean only moments later.
The girls took two photo shoots this week, with a male model. The first one, they took a shot with a bra on, but the second one was completely topless.
At elimination, Heather was sent home because of lack of emotion in her eyes, over Alanna and her lack of angles.

I loved her photo this week. I really, really did. It was very quirky and I would pay money to be able to use that photo for something. She still has an attitude problem and the judges know it, if she tones it down (or keeps giving gorgeous pictures), she'll be here until the end, and I really hope she will.
Brandi

She is only in this position because Heather was sent home; she won the challenge, and was the first name called this week. She really annoys me, mainly because of her limited vocabulary (a few swears and the word 'hot'). She does take nice pictures, but she needs to mature a little before becoming a 'Top Model'.
Andrea
Current Ranking: 3 - Previous Ranking: 5
Wow, Andrea surprised me this week. She is really turning into a competitor. She was called third, this week, and she showed she can take good pictures. She also listens to the judges and is using what they have told her to her advantage. She can last a few more rounds, I'll bet.
Tenika
Current Ranking: 4 - Previous Ranking: 7
Tenika is just moving all over the scoreboard. I like Tenika, she seems very articulate, as well as takes nice pictures, but this week the judges questioned her intentions. Hopefully she will try to prove to them that she is here to win and that she really wants to become a supermodel. Otherwise, she's toast.
Ylenia
Current Ranking: 5 - Previous Ranking: 4
Her 'model meltdown' wasn't much of a meltdown, because she did the shoot and did it well. However, the judges are coming down to the wire on her, and unless she steps it up she'll be gone soon. She needs to work on her self-concept and let herself know that she is not 'big', but that she is a beautiful woman.
Alanna
Current Ranking: 6 - Previous Ranking: 6
Alanna has never been a standout since the show began. She had a very nice, clean, look, really girl-next-door, but that's about it. She just seems to be average in this group and right now she's at the bottom of the barrel. She could very well step it up and prove me wrong, but at the moment I don't think she'll last much longer.
Heather
Eliminated: Episode 4
Heather was eliminated in the fourth episode because her eyes conveyed no emotion and were vacant.
Natalie
Eliminated Episode 3
Natalie was taken out in the third week, when the judges thought her weight was a problem and that her picture wasn't perfect. It seems her cellophane pants didn't really help her, now did they?
Dawn
Eliminated Episode 2
Dawn was eliminated in the second episode because of her lack of self confidence and the fact that she was camera shy, two things that really don't help her in this competition.
Sylvie
Eliminated Episode 1
Sylvie was eliminated in the first episode, even though she had an amazing photo, her attitude towards change, and the fact that she didn't care, all played a part in her downfall.
