Dancing With The Stars 3: Shanna Deserved It, But Willa?
Episode 4 Recap by Cari C.
September 21, 2006

Last week on "Dancing With the Stars the Results Show", bow tie boy Tucker Carlson was sent home. I agreed with the choice since Tucker didn't really dance much during the routine.
You would think that since he was on a show called "Dancing With the Stars" he would have actually tried to dance. Instead he sat in a chair most of the time. This week the decision was a bit tougher. I thought all the stars were decent enough to make it thru. However someone has to go home and I predicted that Shanna and Jessie would be the unlucky couple. Let's see if I'm right.
I debated last night as I was watching the show on whether I should take notes. I normally take pages and pages of note about the shows I recap so that I am able to give those who missed the show an idea of what happened. As I prepared to watch the show I made a decision not to take notes.
The results show is a big waste of time. My advice to you all, tape it and fast forward thru most of it. Instead I will give you the highlights of the show and most importantly I will tell you in less that two minutes the only thing you really want to know and that's who got eliminated.
The best thing about last night's show was the professionals group jive. They all looked great and I love watching them dance. I am always amazed at how well they dance. I would love to see the professionals go on tour; I would pay good money to see them.
Another highlight was Cheryl and Maksim dancing. Cheryl looked beautiful in that pink gown and she and Maksim danced so well together. I also enjoyed the Tango couple but not as much as when the pros dance. I feel more connected to them and it just makes it that much better. Other than the above mentioned moments, the hour was filled with a lot of filler from Samantha and Tom. I did enjoy the piece they did with Tucker interviewing the judges. Tucker can be funny and I am glad they showed that side of him. Of course nothing is as important as who is getting the ax tonight so let’s get to it.
First let me say I was surprised by one of the final two tonight. I know that not many people know who Willa Ford is but she danced really well on Tuesday. There is no way she deserved to be in the bottom two. I might have to vote for the girl. I really feel sorry for her.
As for Shanna Moakler, I think she deserved to be in the bottom. I just don't care for her dancing. I was actually glad she was the one who got sent home. I really think Willa deserves another chance. I hope America gets with the program and keeps Willa around and sends people like Sara and Harry home first.
