Dancing With The Stars 4: It Takes More Than A Family Fanbase

This season, Dancing with the Stars is kicking the season off a little differently. The stars have had the opportunity to perform two dances before one of them is eliminated. I think that was a great idea, because it gives us a better chance to see the celebrities before one has to go.
The judges' scores from both dances will be combined with the viewers' votes from both dances. Then the couple with the lowest overall score will be leaving tonight. Yes, that's a lot of math. So before I go any further, here are the couples, their dances, and judges' scores, in order starting with the highest score:

Tonight's results show begins with hosts Tom Bergeron and Samantha Harris promising an exciting evening and a fantastic live performance. Hmm, Samantha looks a bit like a sausage tonight in her purple dress. Not the most flattering look for her! Anyway, the first order of business is the encore. Judge Len Goodman tells us which couple they have chosen to perform an encore tonight. Len says "there were great performances last week and this week, but the ones that took the biscuit for us (whatever that means) were Laila and Maksim, and their Mambo."
After Laila and Maksim's encore performance and a quick recap of the leaderboard, it's time for some results! The first two couples who will be returning next week are Heather and Jonathan, and Clyde and Elena. Remember, the couples are being announced in "no particular order." Heather smiles and claps, and Clyde is visibly relieved.
