Fear Factor: Best Friends For Money

Four teams gather to compete in this episode of Fear Factor. They are a combination of Best Friends from all around the country.
In the first stunt, teams must ride on a fireboat, and collect flags from a hanging wall of flags, as a helicopter hovers around, as the set of the other teams shoots high-powered water at them from large cannon. None of the teams will be eliminated; the winners will get two Xm2 Satellite radios and $20,000.
Terrance and Robert from California are up first, they are very confident. The ladies will blast water at them. Even with 180 pounds of water pressure, one guy gets blown away, the other one stays and grabs 13 out of 20 flags. The men are eager to 'man the hose' the ladies grab all 20 flags despite the high pressured water.
Best friends Romi and Erik are the next team on the water cannon. Vanessa and Jacque will try to grab the flags, the guys blast the water directly into the women's faces, but they troop on, grabbing all 20 flags in one minute and 38 seconds, the fastest time so far. Erick and Romi are next, one of the guys fall from the blast of the water, before he can get all 20 flags. Vanessa and Jacque are the victors of this round.
The teams gather for the 2nd stunt, only 3 more will move on. Joe pulls out shots of habanera peppers that have been blended into a smoothie. Habanera peppers are the hottest in the world. The object of this stunt will be to take a shot of the habanera smoothie, gain a flare and then throw the flare into a can to set off an explosion. The team with the most explosions moves on to the next round. Vanessa and Jacque are up first. They swallow down the first shot like it is nothing. They make it look easy as they swallow the next shot. Their eyes begin to water, and they say that their hands are numb. At the 3rd shot, they look weak. Next they have to toss the flares into the trashcan. First flares go into the trashcan and the explosion happens. They end up with a total of 4 flags. Joe tells them they set the bar high, as one of the girls can no longer stand, and claims that she can't move and falls to the ground; she grabs her stomach and rolls onto the floor. And the Academy Award for the Best Attempt to psych out the other contests goes to… Vanessa
Friends Robert and Terrance quickly down the three shots, but appear to be sweating profusely, they both miss the first 3 cans, then they miss all six cans, and their chances of moving on. Next up are Erik and Romi, they both down three shots, they miss the first two flares, and then they get one and that is all they need to move on. Into the finals they go! Last up are Becky and Carly, they down all three shots, and only need to connect with one flare and they do. Onto the finals they move, sending Terrance and Robert home.
The final stunt, the three teams left are up to the challenge. The stunt includes a water slide with flames on the side. They each slide into a pool of ice, and then when they are in the ice, they must find the keys to three valves to shut off the flames. It is an intense stunt. The guys are up first; they have no problems sliding down the slide of flames. Romi drops the key but quickly locates it under the ice. They finish in 4 minutes and 5 seconds.
Carly and Becky are up next, they must beat 4 minutes and 5 seconds, considering the coldness of the water it is weird that they opted for the skimpy bikinis. Carly has difficulty finding the hole, but they complete the stunt in 4 minutes and 18 seconds. Oh so close to the guys, but there journey is over and they must go home.
Vanessa and Jacque are the last to go; Joe takes a moment to remind them that they have won everything so far that they can now take it all.
With little fan fair and the lack of energy from before, they self-destruct and hand the money to Romi and Erick.
