Celebrity Fit Club: The Bone Crusher Holds On To First

Celebrity Fit Club is back for a fourth season as a one-hour reality show in which eight celebrities compete in two teams of four to lose weight and get in shape.
In each episode, the celebrities attend a `Fit Camp' where they take part in a range of physical and motivational activities designed to shed pounds, increase team spirit and win prizes.
The next day, they face the scales at a `Weigh-In Ceremony' where they'll be individually weighed in by our panel of experts: a doctor, a psychologist and fitness trainer.
Bone Crusher

In comparison to last week's amazing loss, this week's 4-pound loss may seem small. But he is still determined, and his overall loss is still the most impressive. The second week of many weight loss programs often result in a stabilizing of weight, so 4 pounds is pretty impressive. I like his even temper, and his encouragement of his team. I think he deserves to stay on top of the list, this week.
Carnie
Current Ranking: 2 - Previous Ranking: 3
She may not have reached her goal this week, and the rock wall freaked her out. But she's still determined to lose that "baby weight", and her overall loss is an impressive 11 pounds. Once she finds an exercise that she really likes, I think she'll hit her stride and show the rest of the team how it's done.

I love this man's even humor and positive attitude. I think he might be fun to hang out with, and he is the a great contrast to Nick. He doesn't let his age stop him, and he always gives 100%. He's lost a total of 15 pounds, and I think he has a great week ahead of him.
Tina
Current Ranking: 4 - Previous Ranking: 2
She only lost one pound this week, but her total of 12 is still pretty impressive. She's fighting against her negative body image, and got the courage to get into a bathing suit, so that baby Lily could go swimming. I think she'll work very hard this week, and regain her claim to a top spot on the weight loss chart, but for now I have to move her down a slot.
Nick
Current Ranking: 5 - Previous Ranking: 5
His temper is still a big obstacle in his overall strategy, but he still doesn't see himself as "angry". Right... and the Hulk was only a little aggravated. I have to give him credit for his weight loss ( a total of 9 pounds) but he doesn't seem to have much fun on the team. His anger may either spur him to a great loss; or become his greatest enemy next week, so I'm keeping him the same this week.
Erika
Current Ranking: 6 - Previous Ranking: 8
Erika impressed me this week, and lost 5 pounds. She also dared to take some glamour shots, and deal with her own shaky body image. I give her credit for a great week, and think she may be able to show us something impressive next week, as well.
Vincent
Current Ranking: 7 - Previous Ranking: 7
He lost 17 pounds, but he admitted that sometimes he's been known to quit. I think he is really beginning to feel the pressure of his years of unhealthy habits, and the fear of another heart attack is both an incentive and a caution for him. It's hard to say how he'll do next week, though he's given it his all, so far.
Angie
Current Ranking: 8 - Previous Ranking: 6
She really impressed me again, and she's lost a total of 14 pounds. I'd like to move her up, but I'm still concerned about her health. Previews of next week seem to indicate that she may suffer a setback, so I am moving her down in anticipation.
