Previously on the Fresh Meant Real World - Road Rules Challenge:
Melinda is unsure of how she'll be able to perform without Danny. At the "Jail Break" challenge, the Austin castmates are unable to win once again. After winning three challenges, Coral and Evan decide to throw the challenge and Theo and Chanda win. Melinda and Ryan and Wes and Casey face off in exile and Wes and Casey win for the second time, sending Melinda and Ryan home.

Melinda is unsure of how she'll be able to perform without Danny. At the "Jail Break" challenge, the Austin castmates are unable to win once again. Melinda and Ryan and Wes and Casey face off in exile and Wes and Casey win for the second time, sending Melinda and Ryan home.
This week's episode begins with Johanna and Wes playing in the pool. Johanna thinks they have a good relationship and even thinks that by being with her, Wes has changed and become a better person. Tina hates Wes and feels bad for Johanna. She is also appalled at the way Wes treats Casey and says that his sexist ass needs to go home. Wes knows that the Austin alliance is very weak and feels Johanna and Jesse are the weakest team. He will be focusing on keeping Johanna out of exile.
Later, Tina and Kenny are play fighting and talking trash to each other. Tina loves chilling with Kenny, but thinks that Kenny is all about having fun. She thinks he needs to realize that this is a job. Little does Tina know that Kenny also feels they need some momentum and need to win. A text message arrives with the next challenge.
The teams gather at Pat Morton lookout in Lennox Head, Australia for the "Climber's Paradise challenge." Each team will be climbing a big wall which has various holes in it. They will need to communicate with each other on which pegs they need to fit in those holes and thus, climb up the wall. Their run ends once they've each grabbed a flag at the top of the wall. The team with the fastest time wins. However, each team only gets 10 minutes and if they are unable to complete the challenge in that time, they are disqualified. They will also be disqualified if one of them falls off the wall. Before the challenge, Theo and Chanda must decide the play order.
First up are Johanna and Jesse. After 8 minutes, they are almost to the top. Jesse grabs his flag and so tries to help Johanna up the rest of the way. Johanna loses her footing and is unable to grab her flag. 10 minutes passes and they are disqualified.
Tina and Kenny are next and they barely make it any distance before Tina loses her balance and falls. They are disqualified. Wes knows their poor performance could potentially get them voted in, so he is happy. Speaking of Wes, he and Casey are next. They are unable to make it up in 10 minutes are disqualified. Katie and Eric are next and they have a lot of trouble getting up the wall. Their time runs out and they are disqualified.
Four teams in and no one.....
