American Idol: Allison Iraheta Gets Her Record Deal June 10, 2009
American Idol contestant Allison Iraheta has signed a record deal with 19 Recordings and Jive Records. The 17-year-old’s debut album is expected this fall.
“I’m think I’m still in shock that this is happening. Getting to record my first album and this whole awesome experience is a dream come true!” Iraheta says.
Iraheta’s record deal comes just after runner-up Adam Lambert signed a deal with 19 Entertainment and RCA Recordings.
The pair, along with Idol winner Kris Allen and the rest of the top 10 will kick off the Idols Live Tour July 5.
