American Idol David Cook And Kimberly Caldwell “Still Going Strong"

American Idol champ David Cook has finally opened up about his romance with former Idol contestant Kimberly Caldwell. Cook asked Caldwell out on live TV in May after winning American Idol.
Since then, the couple have been spotted out on several dates. Cook now tells People magazine that he and Caldwell are still going strong. “I think she just gets that this is all nuts. She’s a nice break from the chaos,” he says.
Cook’s musical career is taking off as well. The 25-year-old will released his self-titles debut album on Tuesday. “I’m going to celebrate by playing here at Hard Rock. So I’ll be busy getting ready to play…but hopefully this is just the beginning of a very busy year for me, so I’m just ready to move on,” he added.
