America's Next Top Model: Teyona Is Rocking The Competition

This week's episode of America's Next Top Model saw some girls stepping into the spotlight and others withering away.
In house drama involved London wrestling with her weight gain and Allison wrestling with how to give variation in her look.
For their challenge, the girls took on the role of creative directors and acted as leaders for each of their fellow competitors in a photo shoot with Teyona winning.
For the photo shoot, the girls posed with R&B singer Ciara.
At judging panel, the judges felt Teyona had the best photo. Aminat and London were left as the bottom two and though Aminat's photos had been underwhelming as of late, London was sent home when her spirit wasn't translating into her pictures.
Six girls remain and they're heading to Brazil next week. Who will be the first sent home to America?

Teyona

Teyona is a 20 year old Loss Prevention Representative from Woodstown, NJ.
Teyona is just rocking the competition these days. She won the challenge and gave another amazing photo. She has yet to really have an off week and continues to earn praise from the judges. This week, she also became the first girl this season to be called first more than once by Tyra, keeping her great judging panel track record alive. Teyona returns to the number one position and I think she has an excellent chance of making it to the finale.

Fo

Fo is a 19 year old student from Albuquerque, NM.
While it seems like Fo is taking a backseat as far as being featured on the show, she still remains strong in the competition with her beautiful look and amazing photo. She even earned points for her personal styling in this week's judging panel. Fo remains high in the rankings.

Celia

Celia is a 25 year old from Cynthiana, KY who works in Designer Fashion Sales.
I said last week that it seems like Celia is being groomed to be the new Melrose. Another piece of the puzzle fell into place this week when Tyra wondered if Celia had pre-planned what she was going to wear for each week's panel before coming to Top Model. That was one of their complaints with Melrose, saying it seemed like she was too rehearsed and too prepared rather than embodying natural talent. Despite having a good photo, they wondered if she was more of a stylist than a model. However, Celia moves up because she did well at the challenge, gave a good photo, and continues to earn raves for her personal styling.

Aminat

Aminat is a 21 year old student from Union, NJ.
Aminat has what it takes and the judges raved about her presence, look, and runway skills. However, they're beginning to wonder if that's all Aminat is good at and she landed in the bottom two. However, she only slips a little because the judges still had something to rave about with Aminat, whereas they haven't really cheered for Natalie in some time.

Natalie

Natalie is a 19 year old student from Palos Verdes, CA.
Natalie still hasn't done much to warrant a higher ranking on my scoreboard. She's slowly fading out and the judges are noticing. She'll need some great photos/commercials in Brazil if she really wants to be back in the running.

Allison

Allison is a 20 year old artist from New Orleans, LA.
Like I said, it's only a matter of time before she's eliminated because even though the judges liked her expression in this photo, they still noted that she doesn't bring much variation to her look and said her pose was awkward, with guest judge Mike Ruiz noting that she needed a lot of prodding on set. Allison remains in last place.

Garfield and Calvin & Hobbes strips, playing Texas Hold 'em, drawing
cartoon chickens, and tending to his neopets. Though shy in real
life, he loves to sound off on his favorite shows and enjoys
interacting with other fans.
