Dominique's cocky attitude came to the fore again. The girls all received walking lessons from Miss J and Amis and Fatima frustrated him. A runway challenge saw Katarzyna winning and Lauren's feelings were hurt when guest judge Jaslene Gonzalez questioned her desire to be in the competition. The photo shoot for the week had the girls posing in a meat locker with raw meat wardrobes. At judging panel, Amis and Fatima were the bottom two and though Fatima wasn't getting it together as a model, Amis was cut when the judges questioned her attitude towards the competition. 10 girls remain. Who will be eliminated this week?

The girl's gets home after the judging panel and Fatima tells us that she was shocked to be in the bottom two because she thought she was doing well. Well, you weren't. Wisely, she immediately starts practicing, though we only see her on the catwalk right now, and recognizes that there's little room for mistakes now. Dominique tells Stacy-Ann that she just says what's on her mind and tells us that she believes in herself so much that it's not even funny. Those were her words, not mine. Referring to herself in the third person, which I hate like you wouldn't believe, Dominique says she's going to make it and win this competition.

Dominique continues talking about herself and Whitney expresses how annoyed she is by that. Aren't we all? The next morning, Marvita tells us that she has trouble connecting with people because of what she's been through and we see her telling Katazryna that she doesn't have that lovey-dovey gene in her body. My words, not her's. Marvita says she doesn't trust people and Claire says Marvita is in a category of her on. Claire goes on to say that she does sees a model in Marvita, but there are so many external layers that are hiding it. Whitney expresses how happy she is to be curvy and hopes her good fortunes will continue in this competition.

After receiving some Tyra Mail, the girls head off to an abandoned warehouse. Various figures in the dark light are revealed in various poses. The final person shown is Benny Ninja so this is obviously a posing class. With him is famous supermodel Vendela. Together, they will teach the girls about the three C's of posing: commercial, couture, and catalogue. Benny runs through some examples of each and then the girls get their turns.

Fatima is first and she admits that she has what it takes, but doesn't know how to use it yet. Benny shows her a leaping pose and he thinks Fatima does a good job with it. Vendela thinks that, with a little practice, Fatima could go far. Aimee is told to strike a commercial pose and Benny loves that she incorporates movement into it. Anya does a good job and Benny likens Whitney to Anna Nicole Smith when she does a catalogue pose. Lauren is told to strike a commercial pose, but Benny thinks her pose is more catalogue. Benny tells us that his mama told him, "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all." Hmmm, that's not good for Lauren.
