Previously on America's Next Top Model: The girls received posing lessons from Benny Ninja and supermodel Vendela. A feud erupted between Dominique and Whitney. A team pose-off challenge saw the team of Claire, Katarzyna, Marvita, Stacy Ann, and Whitney winning with Claire receiving a special prize as the best overall poser. The photo shoot involved the girls taking beauty shots with paint splattered on their faces. Though the judges questioned Whitney's potential, Marvita was sent home when the judges felt she was giving up. Nine girls remain. Who will be eliminated tonight?

On the ride home from judging panel, Claire compliments Aimee on her picture and we see a clip of Tyra complimenting her skin. Aimee says she has never done modeling before, so this competition is a learning experience for her. Lauren talks about her confidence issues in judging panel and says it's an inner struggle. At the house, Claire calls home and tells us she misses her husband and child a great deal. Claire also says it's hard living in a house with so many other people, but she'd be cheating her daughter if she didn't follow her dreams.

Early in the morning, Dominique's alarm wakes Claire up and Claire tells us that Dominique's alarm has been waking her up since the beginning of the competition. When Claire tries to wake Dominique up, Dominique gets defensive, telling her not to look for reasons to be pissed at her. I'd say being woken up by someone else's alarm every morning is a good reason to be a little miffed. Dominique says she gets confused by the settings on her clock sometimes. Claire confronts Dominique and tells us that Dominique just causes a lot of negative energy in the house.

As Claire argues with Dominique, a lot of different viewpoints get thrown into the mix. Anya tells Dominique to just take responsibility for what she does and tells us that Dominique should learn to communicate better. Dominique tells us that Claire should find a better way to deal with the situation. If this alarm thing has been an ongoing problem, it's no longer Claire's problem, but your's Dominique and you were the one getting defensive when Claire woke you up earlier. Aimee says she's neutral on the matter and feels she's more mature than others. A huge row ensues between Claire and Dominique about each other's behavior and Lauren and Whitney get themselves involved.

Dominique feels she's being ganged up on and calls home to vent. She feels they are trying to break her down because she's so strong. Dominique tells us that they have no compassion for anyone. How much sympathy do I have for Dominique? None. She has been nasty, disrespectful, arrogant, conceited, and extremely confrontational just about everytime we've seen her so I don't think she has any right to act like the victim all of a sudden. Dominique says she's not out to get anyone because that's not necessary and she just needs to be herself. She's right, but she's still dealing with others so she should be more respectful of them.

After the girls get Tyra Mail, they hop into their limo and Tyra surprises them as the driver. She takes them to a studio and tells them to get dressed in some red tights. Tyra will be teaching the girls how to walk and pose on the end of the runway. She takes the girls on a second walk and limps forward like she sprained her ankle. Obviously, nothing is wrong and Tyra teaches the girls about some exaggerated poses. She teaches the girls to "pose with pain," which is sort of like bringing extreme emotion and editorial poses together. Tyra leads the girls through various pain poses such as the headache, the heartache, and menstrual pains. Lovely.
