The Bachelor: What Happened To Tenley's "I'm Pregnant" Confession?

Last week we wrote about Tenley confessing to Jake that she is pregnant.
ABC promoted it all week long and then we all watched on Monday night... and it wasn't there. It just didn't appear.
I wrote last week that it wasn't true. It was just a joke, probably an idea from one of the producers. I speculated that we would see a long (edited) stunned look from Jake. Probably with crickets in the background.
Then she would say, it's all a joke.
Well that is exactly what happened. We just didn't see it.
Why?
I'd say it's because everybody knew what it was. It was so obvious that the joke would fall flat. So they decided to cut it.
An ABC spokesman said it was edited out for time.
The show was two hours long. They couldn't cut a 15 second stare by wild eyed Michelle to run it? They promo'd it. A promo is a promise and not running what they told us we would see was a mistake.
It's like they lied to us. Sure, a lie about nothing of importance, but when you mislead people you tend to piss them off. Keep pissing them off and they stop watching.
