Mary Delgado, Bachelor Byron Velvick's Fiancee, Arrested Again

Former Bachelor contestant Mary Delgado has been arrested for the second time in less than a year. The 41-year-old, who is still engaged to Bachelor Byron Velvick, was arrested at a Texas bar this week on charges of disorderly conduct, public intoxication and resisting arrest.
According to reports, Delgado began arguing with employees at Lorina’s Cantina after she was asked to leave. She refused to leave, arguing that it was her “constitutional right” to remain at the bar despite her intoxicated state. Bar employees called authorities who attempted to remove Delgado. She resisted arrest and was taken into custody.
In November 2007, the former NFL cheerleader was arrested and charged with domestic battery after she punched Velvick.
Despite the arrests, Velvick and Delgado are reportedly still engaged and set to tie the knot before the end of the year.
The couple was engaged on the sixth season of ABC’s The Bachelor in 2004.
