Big Brother 11: Is Ronnie The Worst Player In Big Brother History?
Commentary and Spoiler by Logan Huffman
July 19, 2009

Does he really have
a master plan?
Is Ronnie becoming the worst ‘Big Brother’ player ever?

He does have a lot of competition over the seasons, and I think that Marcellas’ decision to not save himself with the Power of Veto in season three, followed directly by his eviction, was the worst game move in the history of ‘Big Brother’, and will probably forever be the worst game move of ‘Big Brother’. But Ronnie’s game play so far has just been terrible.

I just don't understand his thought process. If he is such a huge 'Big Brother' fan, he should know that he needs to lay low early on. People who make moves so fast and try to play everyone so early in the game (like Brian from last season, or Alison on the All-Stars season) end up being the first to go.

One thing about Alison though (who I still consider one of the best 'Big Brother' players despite her All-Stars mishap), is she did make enemies early on in season four, but she knew how to work people (like how she convinced Nathan to save her with the Veto despite nearly every single person wanting her evicted, then voted to evict Nathan only weeks later, and still managed to get his jury vote at the end) and she proved that she could win the competitions to keep herself safe and back up her game play.

Ronnie lucked out on this competition, but I don’t think he has the skills to depend on winning challenges to continue on in the game (we all saw his horrific performance in the first Haves/Have-Nots competition. He was connecting the pipes heading back in the opposite direction!). And he doesn't have the abilities to work people like Alison (or BB3's Danielle, another great player) did.

His biggest mistake thus far was evicting Braden. He's aligning himself with the wrong people. Natalie, Russell, and Jessie are only going to protect each other in the end. He should have evicted Chima. She’s way too crazy and too much of a loose cannon to be a good ally. She proved that on Thursday night’s episode by revealing everything Braden had said during her speech. It was very entertaining, but it just proves that she’s an unpredictable player that could say or do anything, at any second.

If he had evicted Chima, he would have had Braden, Jeff, Jordan, Laura, Casey, and Michele (because he thinks he controls her) on his side. That would have been a huge majority. And Russell already distrusts him, and Natalie doesn't seem to trust him either. Jessie doesn't know how to play the game well, either, and it's only a matter of time before the athletes lose power and he gets evicted, probably before Natalie and Russell because of his cockiness.

I honestly think Ronnie may be one of the worst players ever on ‘Big Brother’. And his nominations this week prove that. Jeff and Laura? They are absolutely no threats to him. Everyone seems to hate Jeff and Laura, except for Jordan. I understand the dislike for Jeff after some of his behavior on the live feeds, but Laura I just don't understand. And he says he has a master plan to save both of them. His master plan should be to backdoor Russell, who is playing the game the best right now and is the biggest threat.

However, I don't think Ronnie has the balls to turn on the athletes. And in the end, I think that will be Ronnie's demise, sooner rather than later.
