Big Brother: It's Hamster Date Night
Commentary and Report by Big Sister

Friday nights are often Date Night in the Big Brother house. I've never really known if this is set up by Big Brother or the hamsters do it on there own. I suspect there is some of both.
Last night we had Mike and Jen in the Hot Tub. Mike was waiting for her when Jen arrived. He wore a non-descript bathing suit which did nothing to show off his hunky bod. Jen dressed for the occasion in a very skimpy pink bikini and even wore high heels. Although she didn't kick 'em up at all.
In fact it was a snooze fest. Mike didn't have much to say, and although I am sure he enjoyed the view, he was seen to yawn at least once. Check out the screen capture from the live feeds below. It tells the story.
Jen spent most of her time showing off and talking about her modeling web site. She does know how to play to the cameras for both the show and the live feeds. She mentioned the name of the web site several times and spent her time posing. Several of the guys were out in the yard and enjoyed the show as well.
The same is not true for the other lady hamsters. Jen is quickly becoming the next on the list to kick out the door. I'm surprised that anybody could replace Psycho Joe for that slot but there you have it. She isn't working any aspect of the game other than working her body and that makes the other girls uneasy.
She had a major confrontation with Dirty Dick yesterday because Dick is a smoker. She told him she did not want him near her and did not want him touching her because she does not want to "get his cancer". She was very rude about it. Dick was not smoking near her. Several of the other houseguests have told her she should apologize but she will have none of it. Basically she is putting herself in a position where the only purpose she serves in the house is eye candy for the boys. And that is not enough to keep her there. If she keeps irritating people she will soon be back on the street.
So it turned out to be a disappointing date, for Mike, if not Jen.
The other notable event of the evening was another sob-fest for Carol. I'm not sure what number this is, I've lost count. She was complaining to Joe who has become her confidant and towel. The two of them together make me twitch in all the wrong ways. She cried on his shoulder again. For the most part it was more of the nobody-likes-me-I'm-going-home crap that we have heard from her several times. Again she mentioned that Big Brother did not provide her with her favorite brand of beer. If she would just quit whining and complaining people might try to get to know her and could end up liking her.
She uses the Damsel in Distress tactic to try and get Joe to help her recruit the votes to stay in the house. I suspect she uses it on Joe because he is the only one that will put up with it. And he is the only one that will put up with it because he has alienated himself from the other houseguests just as much as she has. They do make a pair.
If you have been keeping up then you know that Daniele won the Power of Veto competition yesterday. A competition that took over five hours to produce. Carol whined about that too.
Anyway the question is now whether or not she uses it. She has said she would use it to remove Amber from the block and she has said she would not use it. My guess is in the end she will leave the nominations the same. Everyone in the house seems to think that there is no way that Amber will not be voted out. And they all seem to be okay with that. Even Joe when he is away from her seems to accept it. Perhaps because he thinks that if Kail has to replace a nominee it could be him. That's a good bet.
But if it were not Joe, my money would be on Jen. I suspect Kail wants the women gone first. She doesn't want the boys voting for the eye candy. Smart lady.
Overall things don't look too good for Carol, Joe and Jen. They could be the first three to go. And at this point I wouldn't miss any of them.
I'll have more for you later.

Because of her sisterly relation to her "Big Brother" it's really important that Big Sister's identity remain covert - we wouldn't want the parental unit getting wind of her snooping and "ground" her. Fortunately around here they can keep a secret much better than most of the major networks!
