Big Brother: Mrs. Robinson Controls The Game

Big Brother 8 premiered last week, and we were introduced to the 14 houseguests. Eleven were introduced right away. This summer's twist was that that the final three houseguests were "mortal enemies" of three of the others. The first enemy, Dick, is houseguest Daniele's estranged father. The second, Jess, is houseguest Carol's high school rival. The last enemy, Dustin, is houseguest Joe's ex-boyfriend, and they had a nasty breakup.
In the first HOH competition, the three "enemies" were not allowed to compete, and they also were exempt from the first elimination. Kail sat on her spinning mushroom the longest, and became the first HOH.
We also have an "America's Player" this year, and it's Eric. Throughout the season, America will control Eric's decisions and actions, starting later this week.
Tonight's show starts after Daniele realizes her dad is a houseguest. She's crying in the bathroom, and gets consoled by the other girls. She says that her grandparents were like her parents, and her dad was more like a friend than a father figure. Dick comes into the bathroom, and says he knows it's going to be awkward for both of them. Daniele decides that the most important thing to say to him after two years is that she lied about her age, and everyone thinks she's already 21. Dick tells her that she looks like she's lost a lot of weight, and she says she's fine (she's not). He says that he's missed her, and she says "whatever, this is a lot harder than I thought it would be." Dick says that they need to be cordial with each other so that nobody else feels awkward, and he wants to be the final two. He asks for a hug, and she says "not right now, I'll talk to you later."
In the tall-bed bedroom, Joe and Dustin hash over a few things. Dustin is mad that Joe blurted out the gonorrhea thing, rightfully so. He asks if Joe mentioned that he slept with Dustin's friend to get back at him, and Joe says no. Joe starts yelling, and says "get out of my face, do I need to make myself any clearer!" Joe tells us that he can't be around him and be the "Joe that he wants to be."
After they're done talking, Joe goes out and tells the group more about the gonorrhea story. He talks about cheating, STD testing, and says that he wants him gone. Meanwhile, Daniele and Dustin are hiding in one of the bedrooms talking about Dick and Joe.
Carol tells Jess that she thinks it's dumb that she's there, because they don't hate each other. Carol tells us that she's completely different from high school. Jess however, is not. She tells us that Carol "has the exact same face and the exact same hair, and I don't like hair that's curled with a curling iron." Jess wants to work with Carol, but Carol tells us that she doesn't trust her.
Kail is happy about being the first HOH. Jameka says that she's worried about being a target, since she and Joe came in second in the HOH competition. Everyone goes to see the HOH room. It's lucky for Kail that she won, because she didn't have her own bed downstairs. The room is mostly blue, and doesn't look very feminine at all. There are family pictures of her husband and kids on the wall.
Later, everyone runs in from outside to see the pictures that appeared on the wall. Jen hates her picture and whines about it to everyone. She starts crying, which I'm sure made everyone think that she's completely crazy. Then she puts her hand on the picture and says "I'm just going to stand here until they change it. It's really bad lighting, and a really bad angle, and it looks like I have things on my face that I don't have." When she finally has to walk away, she tapes an oven mit to her picture!
I thought that was bad enough, but then she's in the diary room with huge tears running down her face, and says "I've never taken a worse picture, it's horrible! Like, everyone else's picture looks really good, and mine is horrible! That's the picture that everyone's seeing right now, that sucks (sniffle sniffle)." While this whole thing is going on, we hear really sad cello music playing in the background, it's hilarious.
Dick is telling Kail about.....
