Big Brother 9;
POV Has Been Won
Live Feed Commentary by Jenny Lane

Last night, I called it a night early, around 6:00. After James got evicted and voted back in the house, he won the marathon HoH competition. Natalie’s stripper pole experience proved valuable, but not as valuable as James’ ax that he was ready to grind. Natalie made a last minute deal, saving both herself and Matt.
James kept to his word and kept them off the nomination block. Instead, he nominated Ryan and Sheila for elimination. He promised the houseguests that if anyone used the PoV, he would nominate the person that is closest to that person as the replacement. Even though he’s nominated, James and Ryan have been spending a lot of time talking, so I wouldn’t be surprised if a last minute deal is made between them.
From the little talk that there has been about the votes, it sounds like as of now, Sheila would be the one to go. I’m not counting on it though, because the last week has sure proven that things can change!
Sheila bonds to someone new every other day it seems. There was Allison, and then Natalie, and then Sharon, and then back to Natalie, and then Matt (which was weird), and now she is hanging out with Ryan all the time, even before they were nominated. After the nominations, they talk about how they have to win the PoV.
Sheila thinks that if Ryan gets and uses the PoV, James will nominate Matt in his place. I don’t think so, because Matt promised that Matt would be safe this week. Anyway, she asks Ryan if she would vote to save Matt, and he says he doesn’t know. Then she talks about being a single mom and how hard it is. Ryan keeps saying “right, yeah, right, mm hmm.” Finally, Ryan breaks into the conversation long enough to tell Sheila he’s going to go outside and play pool with the guys.
James tells Adam that he held to their earlier agreement not to nominate him (Adam). James says he’s going to play hard for the PoV. Matt and Adm agree to try for it too and agree that they won’t use it.
