Celebrity Apprentice: Honesty Will Get You Nowhere In Trump's Boardroom - Ranking The Remaining 5
Commentary and Rankings by RTVC Staff Writer Jesse Caylor
May 10, 2010
We really are getting down to the end of this season of Celebrity Apprentice!

Must be, as in the effort of taking us to the final five, Trump makes his second wrongful elimination and sends home the creative force that is Cyndi Lauper!

Why does this signify the end of the game? Because judging from the previews, next week Trump will make three cuts and take us down to the final two.

There was no chance Cyndi would make it that far. She did not stand a chance, in my opinion, of going to the finals so maybe this was just the easiest choice this week since it would have happened soon enough anyway.

However, this week Cyndi did not deserve to go. I will admit that I was not feeling the chaotic nature of her room, but she did what the judges wanted and was the only strong part of her team. So what sent her home?

Ultimately, it was her honesty and the dishonesty of her teammates.

I’m disappointed in Tenacity in general. I would have chosen Cyndi as project manager too, but when her opinion wasn’t going to matter anyway, she made the right choice in asking Holly to take charge.

She was going to try to do it anyway. In the end, it was Holly’s lack of creativity thatled her team to another loss, which brings us to the boardroom.

I was pleased to see Cyndi shut down Bret’s attempts at diplomacy, as she knew as well as everyone else did, he should have been the one sent home. I also liked the warning she gave that the show would be less interesting with her gone.

However, it really won’t matter next week anyway, as three will go home.

In my opinion, we have one person guaranteed to go and one guaranteed to make the finals. That is assuming that Trump makes the right choices.

Other than that, the second spot is up for grabs between the three ladies and it will be interesting to see what happens.

On that note, the rankings as I see them:
