DWTS 7: Kym Johnson Injured But Not Out November 12, 2008
Dancing with the Stars pro Kym Johnson will continue competing with partner Warren Sapp despite suffering a shoulder injury.
According to a rep for the show, Johnson’s shoulder was injured over the weekend and has been examined. She is considered well enough to continue in the competition over the next week.
“My strategy for next week it put more hours in and keep enjoying each dance,” Johnson told People magazine.
It seems that her strategy worked as she and Sapp came in second place with 54 out of 60 points for their tango and jive.
