Hell's Kitchen - Ramsay Is Speachless!

After the couple leaves, Gordon Ramsay seems speechless. I have watched him for years on other networks and have never ever seen him like this. He screamed out to the red team, "Hell's Bitches!" He told them that what they did was a joke and they should be ashamed of themselves. The men on the other hand were to be treated to a day at the XL spa. Sous Chef Scott comes out with robes for them to put on at the dorm, which made me think that the XL spa was going to be a corner of the restaurant but strangely enough, they changed into the robes, got into the SUV and drove there. It was a bit odd.
Back in the dorm, Bonnie, Jen and Julia are outside talking about how they cannot stand Melissa and her controlling nature. Mid sentence, Melissa comes out and joins the rest of her "team". Julia asks Melissa what she thought went wrong and Melissa blamed everything on everyone else and told Julia to "grow a pair." Oh no she didn't!
As the red team's punishment, they had to assist Fransisco who is the wedding planner and in my opinion an actor who was way over the top and needed to bring it down a bit in order to be believable. The hells bitches had to decorate the entire restaurant and early on Melissa said that she didn't want to be there all-night and wanted to streamline everything. She started to take the reins and the rest of the team just laughed. Melissa keeps asking everyone if they are all right but not really doing much herself. Bonnie was starting to get annoyed and debated Melissa the whole time.
The next day as both teams prepped for the reception, Melissa keeps bugging Rock about the recipes. He explains it to her multiple times but she just isn't grasping it. She allows the potatoes to become oxidized by not placing them in water before cooking and then blames Rock for not telling her how to do the potatoes. Gordon sees through it and has her remake them but screws it up again and goes into dinner service still working on potatoes.
The bride and groom enter the restaurant and are announced by Jean Philipe. Everyone claps except Melissa. Gordon snaps at her and she starts to clap.
Once dinner has started the blue team is serving the bride and groom and the two of them must be served before anyone else. With that being said, Josh is having trouble getting the risotto out and it is slowing down both kitchens. Brad is sent over to help out but is running back and forth from the appetizer station and his own meat station. Once Chef Ramsay rips Brad and new one, he focuses on the appetizers. Within the fist hour, all the appetizers have been served.
On the red side, Melissa asks for four minutes to complete her fish bet when Chef Ramsay asks what the hold up is, Melissa says she is waiting on everyone else. Gordon is fed up with Melissa's crap so he tells Jen to step up and lead. Josh serves cold sauce which angers Gordon even more.
Melissa realizes when she is ready to make desserts that her pan of zabione which was sitting in an ice water bath, tipped over and ruined the cream. She walked over to the blue kitchen to ask for some, which they couldn't afford to spare and Chef Ramsay went off. He told her to go back and make some. He accuses her of sabotage.
After everyone has been fed he calls the chefs to the service pass and presents the bride and groom with a complementary honeymoon and the Green Valley Resort and Spa. Gordon tells the blue team that they were the winners today and of the red team, Jen was the best and she is charged with selecting two people to be eliminated.
Jen says she doesn't know who she should pick which makes me ask "ARE YOU FRIGGIN' STUPID!?!?!" Don't interview each of them; just tell Chef Ramsay that you are picking Melissa and Bonnie. Done. Instead she goes through the unnecessary motions of talking to each of them and talking through her thoughts. Oh please.
In front of Chef Ramsay, she does the right thing and selects Melissa since she doesn't recognize her own mistakes instead of blaming others. She also selects Bonnie since although she had a good service today her past has not been on point.
Gordon says has made his decision and calls Melissa's name. The ladies on the red team say "thank god" and breathe a sigh of relief. Chef Ramsay tells her to take off her jacket and put on a blue one because he is moving her to the blue team to give her a final chance.
Bonnie sweats a bit but is told to get back in line. He doesn't eliminate anyone this evening.
Of Melissa, Chef Ramsay says in closing that he has never seen anyone go from being such a great chef to such a terrible one.
