Hell's Kitchen: Kicked Out During Service - That's Something Special

Andrea and Paula tell LA that she can do more. The red team appears to be split into two groups, Carol and LA versus Paula and Andrea. The next morning, Chef Ramsay tells them that he has arranged to have some Tapas style dishes made of salmon from his restaurant available for tasting. The challenge is to create five small tapas style plates made from leftovers in 20 minutes. Chef moves Giovanni to the red team to even out the teams.
The chefs ran to the kitchen and start working through the leftovers. Lacey is struggling in the kitchen trying to come up with an idea and Ben helps her out. Through tasting he comments on the taste and appearance of the dishes. The challenge of course, like every week, ends in a tie but the win goes to the red teams newest member Giovanni.
The blue team has to prep for both kitchens while the red team heads to the horse races. The men of the blue team are getting frustrated with Lacey and her laziness. She threatens to leave and J tells her to go if she wants to leave. Lacey gets more and more angry and she leaves. Ben goes outside after Lacey and talks her back in. Preparing for dinner, Giovanni is pumping the ladies up for service. Carol gets screamed at for her risotto but after investigating the situation he fins that J overcooked the risotto and ruined the start of service for both kitchens. Chef Ramsay takes the risotto off the menu. Carol continues to get screamed at for sending out raw pasta.
Ramsay sends Andrea and Carol out to the dining room to eat the raw pasta. Back in the blue kitchen J is burning some of the fish and undercooking the rest. Ramsay pulls J aside and gives him a strong wake up call. LA starts spacing out as Gordon was calling her. J keeps sending crap food to Gordon and in turn, Gordon freaks out on J, telling him to get out and take his jacket off. J heads back to the dorm, packs his thing, gets in a cab and heads home.
I still can't believe that Lacey is sill in the game. If she rides the wave to the final four, I am going to freak out like Gordon. Ben starts to struggle on the meat station and is threatened to be the next to go home. Paula is praised for her Wellingtons. He tells Ben the reason that he is aiming for Ben is because he wants him to leave. Both teams complete service and red team takes the win. Carol confronts Andrea for not admitting mistakes. The rest of the team doesn't seem to agree.
Both of the teams are tasked with thinking of one person from each team that shouldn't be in Hell's Kitchen anymore. The blue teams starts to move the pressure away from Ben and on to Lacey. Robert says that if Lacey wins Hell's Kitchen he will hang up his coat and become a crack whore. Damn, I love Robert. Back in front of Ramsay, Robert opens up about Lacey and her lack of passion. Lacey nominates Robert, Danny names Lacey and Ben names Lacey as well. Gordon calls Ben and Lacey to the front.
Ben is asked why he didn't nominate himself. After Chef Ramsay debates he decides he wants Ben's jacket but allows him to get back to his team. He also instructs Lacey to work with her team.
At this point, I am so tired of Carol and Lacey that I can't wait for them to get out. After the events of this week, I am sure that next week will be an interesting show.
Paula

She won with her Tapas dish and seems had a great handle on the meat station.
Robert

His Tapas dish was inspired by his mother. It was praised for its flavor but a comment was made about its big portion size. He is a strong force in the kitchen but his way of dealing with trouble needs improvement.
Giovanni

Moved to the red team where I think he is going to lead the ladies to higher levels. He will make it to the black team.
Andrea

Her tapas dish looked boring but delivered in taste. Her quality of service has been in question.
Danny

Did well in the tapas exercise. He's doing better and better at keeping his nose clean.
Alicia

Her tapas dish was a huge failure and when questioned where she got the idea she said she, "just came up with it" it showed her lack of knowledge. Her team also feels that she isn't giving it her all.
Carol

Thought balsamic was soy. Constantly complaining. I am getting really tired of her.
Ben

Had a hellacious service and Ramsay has got it out for him. Not a good sign.
Lacey

I am so over her laziness and her willingness to quit when the going gets tough.

He was kicked out DURING SERVICE! That's something special.
Coi
Eliminated
No real sense of urgency was a major issue for Coi. She forgot to put food on and then would try to cut corners to get by easier. First the pasta and then the burgers.
Colleen
Eliminated
After 5 episodes, she still hadn't shown her skills and ability to handle it.
Seth
Current Ranking: Eliminated
Saw this one coming. Slow, nasty and didn't really have a grip on things.
Charlie
Current Ranking: Eliminated
Struggling on the appetizer station. Struggling in the front of house. Spilling bacon all over a table and its diners. Worst waiter. Nominated to go. He deserved it.
Ji
Current Ranking: Eliminated due to injury.
Injured, she still worked hard and didn’t give up. If it wasn’t for the injury, I think she would still be at the top.
Wil
Current Ranking: Eliminated
He couldn’t cut it on the garnish station and no matter how much his teammates helped, he still didn’t make it.
