Hell's Kitchen: She Was Kicked To The Curb For Being All Talk
Rankings by RTVC Staff Writer Brian Sikorski
As of April 3, 2009
Picking up where the non-agreeing red team was left last week, Andrea and Carol are going at each other. Paula and Gio are at the end of their ropes.

The next morning, the blue team is pumped and ready. Gordon says today's challenges is the king of all challenges. The challenge is for each of the chefs to create one dish using king crab and then as a team decide which dish they are going to present to Chef Ramsay.

In the red kitchen, Paulas dish is looking to be the winner but at last minute they switch to Andreas, even though it has shells shill on it. Ben's dish is selected for the blue team. Andreas dish is blasted a being bland and disgusting. Gordon doesn't like Ben's dish as well so he calls Danny and Paula to bring their plates forward.

Gordon likes Paulas dish as well as Danny's dish but chooses Danny and the blue team. The red team has to spring clean the dorms as well as clean and cook the crabs for the next days service while the blue team gets to relax and unwind at the beach.

The next day Gordon says that each team has to come up with their own fine dining menus which includes a crab special. Ben takes control of the blue team. The menus between the two teams sound strangely similar.

The red team starts sending out carpaccio that is under seasoned while on the blue side, Ben's soup is overly salty and Carols potatoes are raw and blames Andrea for it. Ramsay climbs into the pass and screams out an apology to the guests in the dining room for Carols mistakes. She tries to salvage it and he notices it and throws it away.

Giovanni throws out another idea to replace the potatoes. Ben on the blue side is giving Chef Ramsay poor potatoes as well. Robert is struggling with his fish. Ramsay notices Ben's attempted sabotage of Robert and calls Ben out for it.

After more food is returned to the kitchen, he shuts down the restaurant. The red team wins based of guest comment cards and Gordon asks Danny to select one person on his team to bring up for elimination. Danny makes a great comment when he says he knows that neither Robert or Ben will win Hell's Kitchen and simply needs to decide who should go home first.

Back in front of Chef Ramsay, Danny nominates Ben because he has "met his full potential in Hell's Kitchen". Ramsay calls both up front and both Ben and Robert to defend their position.

After listening to both of them he decides to let the person go who has sabotaged their team the most. Carol. Ka-Pow! You weren't gonna find that kind of a surprise on E.R.'s finale!

Paula
Current Ranking: 1         Previous Ranking: 1
Her dish got high marks with Chef Ramsay and she seems to be holding the team together.

Giovanni
Current Ranking: 2         Previous Ranking: 3
He's doing a great job of keeping quiet and working hard.

Danny
Current Ranking: 3         Previous Ranking: 4
Stands strong in the blue team. His crab dish was enjoyed over Ben's. He will make it to the final three. I'm really rooting for my local boy now.

Robert
Current Ranking: 4         Previous Ranking: 2
His attitude I think is going to get the best of him. He's strong and works hard but his attitude isn't going to help him win.

Andrea
Current Ranking: 5         Previous Ranking: 6
Andrea now has a great opportunity to shine now that Carol is gone. If she shows that she can rise up and that her troubles were only because of Carol, then she may be able to save herself.

Ben
Current Ranking: 6         Previous Ranking: 5
I am so tired of his lips flapping and saying nothing but so much about how lowsy he is.

Carol
Current Ranking: Eliminated
As expected, she was kicked to the curb for being all talk.

Alicia
Current Ranking: Eliminated
I was a bit surprised by this. I do agree that her motivation doesn't show and it she is perceived to be uncaring.

Lacey
Current Ranking: Eliminated (Finally)
I have nothing to say except. Finally.

J
Eliminated
He was kicked out DURING SERVICE! That's something special.

Coi
Eliminated
No real sense of urgency was a major issue for Coi. She forgot to put food on and then would try to cut corners to get by easier. First the pasta and then the burgers.

Colleen
Eliminated
After 5 episodes, she still hadn't shown her skills and ability to handle it.

Seth
Current Ranking: Eliminated
Saw this one coming. Slow, nasty and didn't really have a grip on things.

Charlie
Current Ranking: Eliminated
Struggling on the appetizer station. Struggling in the front of house. Spilling bacon all over a table and its diners. Worst waiter. Nominated to go. He deserved it.

Ji
Current Ranking: Eliminated due to injury.
Injured, she still worked hard and didn’t give up. If it wasn’t for the injury, I think she would still be at the top.

Wil
Current Ranking: Eliminated
He couldn’t cut it on the garnish station and no matter how much his teammates helped, he still didn’t make it.
