A cast of 15 showed up to get to work and 14 failed to make the grade. Simone was eliminated first and then Marion was sent packing after designing a dowdy dress in the $15 challenge hosted by Sarah Jessica Parker. Carmen left after faltering in the first ever men's wear challenge and Chris was eliminated for the first time after the "outdated fashion trends" challenge. He was brought back when Jack left in episode five for health reasons and Steven also left when the judges eliminated him after that week's weight loss challenge. The season's "weird girl" Elisa was eliminated after the candy store challenge and my man Kevin was eliminated after the prom gown challenge. After him came Kit, who lost out in the avant-garde challenge, and Victorya, who failed at the denim wear task. The season's resident cryer/emotional wreck, Ricky, was eliminated after the challenge involving the wrestling ladies of the WWE and in the final challenge, the art challenge, former biker Sweet P was sent home. In that last challenge, Christian and Jillian earned spots in the final three, but the judges were deadlocked concerning Rami and Chris and a sub challenge was proposed: all four would design collections, but Rami and Chris had to submit their three strongest pieces for a further judging and elimination. When they returned to New York, Rami and Chris faced off with Chris losing out and becoming the first designer to be eliminated twice on "Project Runway." The final three rushed to get things done and all three had successful showings at Bryant Park. At the runway judging, fashion newcomer Christian won. A fierce end to a fierce season!
