Stimpy’s Thoughts
Okay, right outta the gate once again: I never really had a problem with Jerri in either of her first go-arounds.

That being said, I will acknowledge that the girl can be something of a bitch, but in a good way. In that, if you’re not the target of her bitchiness, then there’s nothing wrong with it.

Kidding aside, Jerri’s video tells me one very important thing. She seems to have grown up a bit.

She still acknowledges her somewhat ‘caustic’ side, but like Danielle, realizes that may have been a part of her downfall in her previous runs.

Plus, she also seems to get that always being loyal to your alliance ain’t always the best way to go. Since she did it twice, and both times her allies turned on her.

Acknowledging that is another plus in her favor.

Will it help her get further this time?

That’s debatable.

There’s a part of me that thinks no matter how much Jerri tries to adjust things and work it in a new way, others may just perceive her as still being the same old Jerri.

And that won’t bode well for her.

However, she does seem to have some potential allies on this tribe and if she gets in with the right group (how about with her best friend from Australia’s current husband, Rob?), she could go far.

I just dunno if she can win it all. I’d like to think she can, because as I said, I never had a problem with her.

Truth be told, I’d love to see some ‘sweet revenge’ this season, where Jerri gets to the finals against Colby and then wins it all in a unanimous vote.

That may be a bit far-fetched, but it would be some good retribution for the girl.

Failing that, as stated, if Jerri does get in with the majority early on and does go far, she’s definitely going to have to be on her toes and make some moves before moves are made against her.

Again, like Danielle, Jerri’s driven and admits where she’s gone wrong in the past, and those are definitely positives.

I just dunno if it’ll get her to the end, and get her the win.

We shall see.
