Stimpy’s Thoughts
Wow, our first hero with only one season of experience under his belt. This could prove interesting.
That is, until you read his bio, and find out that the Survivor he respects the most is himself.
Good lord.
I’ll be honest here, going into Tocantins, I did not have high hopes for JT. Mainly because he struck me much the same way as I think he struck everyone who played with him did.
That being a good, old (or young in this case) country boy.
And therein lies JT’s biggest problem.
In Tocantins, he kinda snuck up on people. And even though he voted them all out, he still got all their votes in the end.
Cuz gosh durn, he’s just so durn likeybull.
Trust me, that will not happen here.
That being said, I was wrong with one thought I had about JT going into Tocantins; He’s not an idiot.
Well sometimes he is, but that’s beside the point.
For the most part, he’s not, and it’s witnessed in his interview when he says he’s wary of Cirie.
Smart.
However, if Cirie gets wind of that kinda wariness, then it ain’t smart.
Somehow, in Tocantins, JT became the ‘go to’ guy, and that ain’t gonna happen here either. So he’s really gonna have to ramp things up in the strategy department.
There may be some hope for him, because he clearly knew how to foster relationships with people before cutting their throats (metaphorically speaking of course), and he had no problem selling Stephen down the river at the Final Tribal Council.
So, there’s hope for him.
I just don’t know how much.
Like I said with James, a ‘good guys and girls’ alliance can help get him from point A to point B, and where he goes from there is up to him and what he’s willing to do.
And, more importantly if he CAN do it.
Let’s face it, if he runs into Tyson and Coach Wade (aka Douche™) post-merge, I’m willing to bet they’re not gonna help him one bit, and will probably be gunning for him.
