Stimpy’s Thoughts
And the final previous winner. It’s not a knock against Sandra or her strategy going in that I don’t put her in the same company as Tom and Parvati - in that as a previous winner, I don’t think she’s going to repeat.

That being said, Sandra isn’t an idiot. She’s gonna stick with what worked before. Keep her head down, hook up with majority and be an important number to them, and then coast along till there’s no one left.

I just don’t see that working this time out though.

There’s been copious examples of people who ‘under the radar’ it all the way to the Final Four or even the finals.

It’s always a case of them laying low, and then all of sudden, someone looks over their shoulder and say ‘whoa, how the hell did YOU get here?’.

No way that happens this season.

But, that being said, I don’t think it’s impossible for Sandra to get far doing something similar.

In that, she keeps her head down a bit, but she’s not gonna surprise anyone this time around. They’ll be aware she’s there.

Her biggest asset to herself, like JT, Tom and Parvati, is that she won her season, and she can use that to her advantage as a selling point.

‘Hey, I won before. No WAY in hell are they gonna give me another million dollars.’

And with Sandra, that carries a lot more weight than with any of the others.

A lot of people put Sandra way up at the top of the ‘Least Deserving Winners’ list. Personally, I’d say Vecepia from Marquesas gets that honor, but whatever.

The other thing of note, is that when you peruse those various lists about the least deserving winners, the names of Tom, JT and Parvati are nowhere to be found.

So, when those three try and broker a finals deal with someone using that argument, it’ll likely be taken with a grain of salt.

But with Sandra?

Personally, I’d be thinking if Sandra’s there doing her usual ‘as long as it ain’t me’ schtick, I’d think long and hard about taking her to the finals. After all, don’t a lot of people consider her one of the worst winners ever? Is there any way ANOTHER jury gives her the prize?

But as Sandra says in her video, if you’re in the final two, you deserve to be there.

Fair argument.

All that being said, I can’t see Sandra winning it that way unless she’s up against a real asshole.

And, since I think The Dick™ ain’t even gonna get to the merge, Sandra better hope like hell she gets into an alliance with Douche™ and Tyson, and pray one of them drags her to the finals.

That, and maybe another Outcast twist.

Then, Sandra’s got a shot. Otherwise, it’s an uphill struggle for her.

She’s smart and savvy, but I dunno if she brings enough to the table to be able to win it all.

In order to get to the end, Sandra’s gonna have to be hitting the ‘I’m no threat, and I can’t win again’ argument so much, that if she does make it to the end, most of the jury will know about everything she’s said, so they’ll probably be less inclined to reward her for not being a threat and someone who can’t win again.

She’ll really have to pull a good argument outta her ass at the end to be able to pull it off.

And, while Sandra is back to win it again, I dunno if the drive is really there, and if it’s enough.

She knows enough to get into the majority and that could get her far, but in a game with players like this she could also be one of the first to go, just because she seems like potentially the weakest link on the Villains tribe.

However, if the power players gun for each other and Sandra gets in with the right alliance she could sail past the merge and close to the end.

I just don’t think she can pull off another win.

Call it a hunch.
