Survivor Micronesia
And the Winner is…

Previously on Survivor, ten fans faced off against ten of their favorite survivors from past seasons. Micronesia provided the contestants with more than enough food, but there were downsides as well. The weather, mainly the rain, proved to be a challenge.
For the first time in Survivor history, three people left the game for reasons other than the vote. The weather pushed Kathy over the edge, and she threw in the towel and went home. Two of the strongest competitors left due to injuries. Jonathan was removed due to a knee injury and infection. James was also removed, due to an infection in his finger.
On the favorites' side, Cirie, Amanda and Parvati formed an alliance early in the game. After the two tribes were mixed up, Parvati formed another alliance with fans Alexis and Natalie. After the tribes merged, the five girls found themselves in the largest alliance of the game. They took control, and set their sights on blindsiding the guys one by one.
Ozzy made no secret of the fact that he had the hidden immunity idol, so he was the girls' first target. They successfully blindsided him, and Ozzy was sent packing without even playing the immunity idol. Next, the girls moved on to Jason. He too had a hidden immunity idol, and he too was sent packing without playing it.
Next, Amanda was the one who blindsided the rest of the group. She made them think that she didn't have the hidden immunity idol, so the group was shocked when she played it at tribal council. Without the idol, Amanda would have been the one to be voted out. Since she did play the idol, Alexis was the one who was sent to the jury.
Erik frustrated the girls by winning immunity again, forcing them to come up with a Plan B for the second tribal council in a row. The girls came up with a bizarre plan for Natalie to convince Erik to give her his immunity. Poor naïve Erik believed that giving Natalie his immunity was the only way to win back the girls' trust, and did as he was told. After Erik was voted out, the only person happier about it than Natalie was James, who was thrilled to not be the dumbest Survivor in history anymore.
